Small swaps. Longer stories.

About wanderbox

Some things are better when they don’t stay yours forever. wanderbox is a mystery box that passes from person to person, carrying small surprises and the stories behind them.

One out. One in. Onward.

Receive a box, take one item, and replace it with something of your own. Leave a note, scan its QR code to record your swap, and use the prepaid label to send it to the next holder.

Each box has a unique serial number and a live journey map. You can follow its route and see how its story changes along the way.

Receiving a box happens through a pass or an invite. If you want to launch a journey yourself, our starter kits begin at $39.

Keep the surprise kind

Check the item guidelines before adding anything, respect the next person, and report anything unsafe through the box’s QR flow. The best contribution isn’t the most expensive one—it’s the one with a little thought behind it.
